Order Processing & Shipping


Customers in the United States & Australia: Currently, definitely we can ship to you so please ignore the following.

Currently due to COVID-19 there are temporary suspensions, restrictions or delays in shipping to many countries.

See the link below for the latest updates. You can still place your order, but please be aware that in many cases your order will most likely take longer to deliver, or may even be restricted/delayed.

You should receive two emails shortly after you place your order:

  1. An email from us with confirmation and order summary.

  2. An email from PayPal with confirmation of receipt of your payment.

After we receive your order and payment, we will start processing your order.

In most cases (assuming we are able to ship to your country immediately) we will finish processing your order within 48-72 hours and commence shipment.*

After your order has shipped we will email you an update, including an online tracking code.

* order processing/shipment time may take longer or be delayed/restricted due to coronavirus situation (see above) 


EMSWe use EMS (Express Air-Freight Mail Service).

EMS is an international postal express service which works together with postal services in hundreds of countries world-wide. It provides speed and efficiency combined with reasonable charges (* please note charges have increased due to COVID-19. We apologize for the extra charges but these are out of our control *)

Thanks to EMS, we can usually deliver to 99% of the world within 3 to 9 business days (although may be longer currently due to COVID-19)

Please note: Delivery time commences from the date we ship your order, and may be longer due to customs clearance in your destination country and may be delayed even longer or even restricted due to coronavirus (see above)

Very occasionally item(s) will be temporarily out of stock, in which case your order or part of your order may be delayed. If this happens, we will email  you and advise accordingly. If you have ordered multiple items we will give you the option of waiting until all items are in stock and shipping them all together, or alternatively shipping items in stock immediately and delayed item(s) sent later and separately.


Please note it is your responsibility to sign for your order package upon delivery. Upon attempt or re-attempt of delivery, if no-one is at your nominated shipping address and able to sign for your package, your order will probably not be delivered due to security reasons. You will then be given notice to collect your order package from a specified or nominated collection point within an advised time period. If you do not collect your package within this period or at least contact the delivery provider, your order will usually be returned to us, in which case you will be responsible for additional costs to re-ship your order to you. (We can ship to an alternative address if you wish).
