We can now ship to 100 destinations.  Please see below a complete list of countries we are able, or unable, to ship to.

We can also provide "International Parcel" shipping (NOT EMS) to reduce your shipping fees.  However, it will take longer and the package won't be registered.  If you prefer this method, please contact us before you order.  

 ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION

You should receive two emails shortly after you place your order:

  1. An email from us with confirmation and order summary.

  2. An email from PayPal with confirmation of receipt of your payment.

After we receive your order and payment, we will start processing your order.

In most cases (assuming we are able to ship to your country immediately) we will finish processing your order within 48-72 hours and commence shipment.*

After your order has shipped we will email you an update, including an online tracking code.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

EMSWe use EMS (Express Air-Freight Mail Service).

EMS is an international postal express service which works together with postal services in hundreds of countries world-wide. It provides speed and efficiency combined with reasonable charges (* please note charges have increased these couple of years.  We apologize for the extra charges but these are out of our control *)

Thanks to EMS, we can usually deliver to 99% of the world within 3 to 9 business days 

Please note: Delivery time commences from the date we ship your order, and may be longer due to customs clearance in your destination country.

Very occasionally item(s) will be temporarily out of stock, in which case your order or part of your order may be delayed. If this happens, we will email  you and advise accordingly. If you have ordered multiple items we will give you the option of waiting until all items are in stock and shipping them all together, or alternatively shipping items in stock immediately and delayed item(s) sent later and separately.

UPON ORDER DELIVERY

Please note it is your responsibility to sign for your order package upon delivery. Upon attempt or re-attempt of delivery, if no-one is at your nominated shipping address and able to sign for your package, your order will probably not be delivered due to security reasons. You will then be given notice to collect your order package from a specified or nominated collection point within an advised time period. If you do not collect your package within this period or at least contact the delivery provider, your order will usually be returned to us, in which case you will be responsible for additional costs to re-ship your order to you. (We can ship to an alternative address if you wish).

Please note, on January 2, 2024, Taiwan Post Office posted the following message: 

1. Chunghwa Post announced today that, due to the outbreak of COVID-19, airlines have suspended flights, so airmail services (including air parcel and EMS) to many destinations are suspended. Currently, Airmail services are available to 100 destinations.
(1) Parcel and Letter-Post Services are available to Myanmar、Bangladesh、Croatia、Vatican、Mongolia、Brunei Darussalam、Monaco、Morocco、Palau、Lebanon、Ecuador、Costa Rica、Algeria、Mauritius、Tonga、Fiji、French Polynesia、Kazakhstan、Qatar、Georgia、Liechtenstein、Malta.
(2) Only Letter-Post service is available to Nepal、Tanzania、Madagascar、Congo(Rep.)、St. Lucia、Belarus、Puerto Rico.
(3) The destinations do not include their territories or outlying islands.

2. Airmail services to many destinations may be subject to delay.

3. Many destinations do not provide the proof of delivery.

4. No delay compensation for EMS.
